∎ B. Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Automation, Electrical Maintenance, Good communication skills, HMI, PLC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Continuous Casting Machine, Furnace, LRF, Steel Melting, Steel Re rolling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paper, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish preventive/predictive maintenance plan / schedule of electrical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare MIS related data up-gradation to achieve targets for electrical maintenance periodically.
∎ Support resolution of any power sub-station and HT Line related issues.
∎ Resolve issues and escalations pertaining to maintenance of equipment.
∎ Achieve Electrical Breakdown target.
∎ Perform Oracle/ ERP based data recording of maintenance job.
∎ Adherence to maintain power consumption in acceptable range.
∎ Ensure maintenance of relevant software, programs and data for PLC Drives, HMI, OWS, Fda etc.
∎ Achieve Electrical Spare cost within the department's budget.
∎ Monitor and Ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years experience in similar field with at-least 2-3 years in a manufacturing industry and 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
