Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil engineering from any Public University (BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET will get preferences).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking for an experienced, energetic and technically sound B.Sc. engineer for Tender department.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents according to tender/bidding documents/requirements.
∎ To notify and organize different departments for accumulation of all necessary documents for bid submission and also the operation process for the corresponding tenders.
∎ Technical analysis of all relevant items for bid participation.
∎ Managing reports of upcoming and past bid submissions.
∎ Liaison with vendors/manufacturers/suppliers/ others for participating in bids.
∎ Liaison, Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with all the concerned person of clients for bidding purpose.
∎ Monitor and ensure that all bid preparations are on schedule. Notify the operations department of the company accordingly.
∎ Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Should be able to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Govt./ Non-Govt. tender, Tendering, Tender Management, Tender Preparation.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privilege.
∎ Fluency in English. Strong communication skill with International Engineering company & must have the ability to type documents both in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
∎ Well-developed negotiation skills.
∎ Only male candidates are eligible to apply for the post.
∎ Able to make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ As per company demands candidate has to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
