Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/Major in Accounting from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All sales bills verification and make entry to tally software.
∎ Reconcile all receivable ledger and communicate any difference with relevant key personnel.
∎ Prepare mushak 6.3 (Sales Vat Challan) according to sales bills and make an update of each mushak challan.
∎ Make entry of all bank receipt and bank payment voucher.
∎ Calculation TDS (Tax deduction at Source) based on bank receipt and collect tax certificate based on auditing financial year.
∎ Calculating VDS (Vat Deduction at Source) based on receivable payment, make a chart and get all VDS certificate prior to monthly vat return submission.
∎ Verify and reconcile all prepayment and control account.
∎ Reconcile all bank account on monthly basis.
∎ Reconcile all loan account on monthly basis.
∎ Communicate and do necessary financial activities regarding to loan processing on daily basis.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation process related to sales and receivable function.
∎ Do necessary auditing work.
∎ Meet Financial Accounting Objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Office & Accounting Software (Tally) would be preferable.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Should be good at communication & supervision skill.
