Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Applicant must have a Bachelors degree or be pursuing one.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3D Artist, 3d Design, 3D Modeling, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have advanced knowledge of 3DsMax, Vray, PhotoShop
∎ would be good if the applicant has an understanding of Nuke, After Effects
∎ Create accurate Architectural 3D models based on client's design specification.
∎ Populate 3D scene, stage, merchandise, and incorporate life style asset.
∎ Support 3D modeling of assets on all stage of the project.
∎ Select appropriate architectural composition for stills/VR and camera path for an animation.
∎ Constantly strive to find new ways to effectively build 3D Models, manage assets, and communicate architectural spaces.
∎ Support, manage modeling team for effective and timely asset delivery.
∎ Light and materialize Architectural scene based on client's design specification.
∎ Understanding and incorporating client's vision for space mood, desire narrative.
∎ Create seamless textures and manage material assets.
∎ Archive and manage lighting, and mapping assets.
∎ Constantly strive to find new ways to effectively light, materialize the environment based on real-world physics.
∎ Support, manage Material, and Lighting team for effective and timely asset delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Take criticism well.
∎ A deep understanding of visual narrative.
∎ Able to adopt and use appropriate techniques, and tools.
∎ Maintains a calm poise during stressful situations.
∎ Demonstrates professionalism and respect for others.
∎ Must be detailed oriented, curious and able to make wise decisions despite ambiguity.
∎ Wiliness to stay up-to-date with industry standards in quality.
∎ Have excellent organizational skills.
∎ Observant of architectural spaces and visual communication.
∎ Have the ability to motivate others.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 90000 (Monthly)
