∎ Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.
∎ Ability to travel internationally/domestically when required for official purposes

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients, partners, and new markets for gym memberships, corporate wellness programs, and other services.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in local markets.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members, corporate clients, and business partners.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the fitness industry.
∎ Build and manage partnerships with businesses, fitness organisations, and influencers to promote the gym’s services and brand.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to different market needs.
∎ Work closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to successfully execute sales strategies and brand initiatives.
∎ Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts in local markets.
∎ Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve membership offerings and services.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
