Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive aftersales support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of solar machinery.
∎ Ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
∎ Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
∎ Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
∎ Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, enhancing their operational and maintenance capabilities.
∎ Develop training materials and conduct hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and updates.
∎ Gather feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns effectively.
∎ Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to support sales and service campaigns.
∎ Plan and execute service campaigns, including preventive maintenance drives and promotional activities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new service offerings and parts packages.
∎ Identify opportunities to upsell service solutions and enhance customer value.
∎ Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports for internal and customer review.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
∎ Analyze service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations.

∎ Have experience and resources in selling, project management, or design of microgrids, distributed or centralized photovoltaics, and energy storage.
