As an intern, you will be immersed in a comprehensive learning program designed to foster your skills and knowledge.
∎ Work Place and Time: SAR Bhaban, Ka-78, Pragati Sarani Main Road, Dhaka 1229 & Time: (09:00 Am-06:30 Pm)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to promote our eLearning platform and edtech services.
∎ Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
∎ Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for social media growth.
∎ Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
∎ Stay current with best practices in social media marketing, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
∎ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and analytics tools.
∎ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
∎ Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual content.
∎ Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics)
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and the digital marketing landscape.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
