Responsibilities & Context:
∎ If you are a running student or you have a study plan immediately, then you are highly requested not to apply. Students, running students & future students are not qualified for this position.

∎ Manage and update company and client social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Business, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
∎ Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
∎ Create engaging content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
∎ Monitor and optimize social media performance through tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
∎ Implement and manage paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to promote content, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
∎ Measure and report on social media campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
∎ Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze competitors’ social media activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing and communication strategies.
∎ Continuously explore new trends, tools, and platform updates to improve efficiency and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
∎ Regularly update clients with detailed reports showcasing KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates, reach, and conversions.
∎ Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent content posting, engagement, and campaign updates.
∎ Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients regarding social media performance, campaign status, and recommendations.
∎ Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for each client, detailing analytics, engagement metrics, and strategy improvements.
∎ Conduct client meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and strategic adjustments.
∎ Ensure all blog posts, social media captions, and website content are optimized for search engine visibility by incorporating keywords, meta descriptions, alt text, and proper formatting.
∎ Optimize content structure, readability, and internal linking to enhance engagement and search rankings across platforms.
∎ Write compelling, audience-driven articles, blog posts, and social media content that feel natural, relatable, and conversational.
∎ Avoid robotic or overly technical writing by integrating storytelling, real-world examples, and emotionally engaging narratives while maintaining brand consistency.
∎ Office Shift: 9am - 6pm & 11am - 8pm
∎ Weekend: Saturday (Only one day and it’s Fixed)
∎ Permanent Position: After 3 months
