Job Context:
∎ This post is for Marketing Assistants/Coordinators who need to do a lot of video and photo editing on day to day basis. You need to increase the value of the social media platform to increase engagement. You should be experts in how to increase followers and create more fans in a natural way.
∎ Video editing like adding effects makes the videos more attractive and funny. Editing posts and regular update the social sites. There will be a lot of social content editing and posting-related activity.
∎ You will be working with the supervisor directly, need to update and coordinate.
∎ *** You will work from home but need to have a high-speed internet connection and we don`t want any interruption during work time. Unprofessional activity may suspend your role.
∎ *** Also, you need to have a backup for electricity as it`s a big issue in Bangladesh.
∎ *** Good and frequent communication in both speaking and writing.
∎ *** Can be full-time or part-time (Currently part-time preferable to start with, about 20hrs/week)
∎ *** University-level or Graduate students are preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Edit reels with captions
∎ Edit reels with transitions/music / sound effects/images (able to make it comical with editing)
∎ Write captions
∎ Post content - come up with content ideas /scripts
∎ Good and frequent communication, able to collaborate and fun to work with - quick turnaround & lots of check-ins
∎ Possibly a part-time or full-time role

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
