Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage Catalyst Solutions' social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
∎ Create and develop content strategies that encourage audience interaction, increase presence, and foster audience participation
∎ Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
∎ Proficiency in creating compelling written, graphic, and video content
∎ Engage and connect with our talented professionals on social media platforms
∎ Generate innovative ideas and concepts for captivating social media content
∎ Provide regular reports and updates on social media activities
∎ Monitor and engage in Catalyst Solutions' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and activities
∎ Participate in company events and ensure professional social media coverage
∎ Continuously improve social media efforts by analyzing data/metrics, gaining insights, and implementing best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
∎ Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
∎ Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
∎ Ability to engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a professional manner
∎ Familiarity with event planning and branding strategies
∎ Proficiency in graphic design tools and software to create visually appealing content
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
