Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages Catalyst Solutions Social Media Channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
∎ Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content collaborating with the design team
∎ Creates content that promotes audience interaction increases audience presence, and encourages audience participation
∎ Engage our talents in Social Media Platform
∎ Proposes new ideas and concepts for Social Media Contents
∎ Reporting activities and keep the team updated on a daily basis
∎ Manage all Social Media Communication in a professional manner
∎ Participate and manage company events and post on Social Media in a professional manner
∎ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly
∎ Excellent communication skills in English
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite
∎ Problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
