Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Overall in SMT Board repairing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough knowledge of all components and IC on a mobile phone PCB
∎ Ability to solder or de-solder chips and components
∎ Know-how of power supply, RF testers, spectrum analyser, multimetre
∎ Should know how to develop and maintain process check sheets and safety measures required in a repair operation
∎ Should have good knowledge about ESD.
∎ Previous experience in reputed company Mobile service center and mobile plant will be required
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team of operators and sub leaders to manage raw material store
∎ Excellent past record of SAP vs Actual inventory
∎ Ability to coordinate and lead inventory management activity.
∎ Supporting Production and Quality in resolving defects
∎ Aware on how to develop and implement training and development systems for the manpower.
∎ MUST have knowledge of MES and SAP.
∎ Able to maintain cordial relations with all support departments.
∎ Excellent team player required.
∎ Very good written and oral communication skills and a analytical mindset is required.
∎ Very good hands on knowledge of MS office and Windows 10.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be capable to work in team.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
