∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take measurement and take picture of a site accurately before execution and send it to design team.
∎ Must have ability to read and understand 2d drawings (plan/elevation/section/detailing).
∎ Demonstrate and assigning task to workers.
∎ Site mobilization and layout deployment according to design.
∎ Requisitioning, procuring and arranging necessary materials from authority
∎ Materials quantity survey.
∎ Monitoring daily work execution flow and reporting accordingly to higher authority.
∎ Ability to solve problem during work.
∎ Provide adequate site safety and security to worker.
∎ Taking work completion certificate and after execution picture for final documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain Gantt chart provided from operation team.
∎ Must have the ability to procure materials from site.
∎ Ability to communicate with factory, operation and design team through phone calls, viber, WhatsApp, WeChat and e-mail
∎ He must be able to travel frequently
Salary: Negotiable
