Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
∎ • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON Startup/Engineering/AutoCAD/Revit/Marble/Granite/Installation
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: AutoCAD professional
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Act as the main technical supervisor on the construction site for stone works subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
∎ • Manage all quantity surveying and invoice preparation on site for stone works.
∎ • Perform setting out, leveling and surveying on site, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
∎ • Coordinate with client’s requisition materials through work orders, cutting lists, and design requirements as site work requires.
∎ • Ensure that all materials used and works performed are as per specifications.
∎ • Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
∎ • Suggest cost-effective solutions and proposals on site.
∎ • Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client, technical, and/or consultant.
∎ • Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ • Plan the work and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
∎ • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
∎ • Preparing reports as required.
∎ • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Can work in a challenging environment with foreign EPC
Salary: Negotiable
