Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
∎ Able to create work program and implement them at site.
∎ Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete, as per the drawing etc.
∎ Able to guide subcontractor with daily work program.
∎ Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with project in-Charge.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
∎ Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
