Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the construction work of his assigned projects in day-to-day basis. Should be able to maintain checklist, quality report, follow the construction schedule & provide work progress report regularly, weekly and monthly as per company policy.
∎ Should be able to prepare and verify sub-contractor bill as per physical measurement of work.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing. Collect all working drawings (i.e., Architectural, Structural, Electrical and plumbing) from Head office.
∎ Project planning, BOQ, costing, estimating & bill checking, supervise & monitoring the project for professional feedback.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification
∎ Supervise site staff/ subcontractors and coordinate between management and Site personnel.
∎ Providing measurement of item of works and maintain in the measurement book, Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors.
∎ To ensure quality construction works. Should be good at on the assessment of construction work done as per design.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by management.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Must be Familiar with BNBC, FAR & other related rules & regulations of Rajuk or any other authorities
∎ Arrange mobilization and site preparatory works.
∎ Should be able to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates ready to join at short notice will get privileged.
∎ To make necessary communication with the Consultant, Architect & various clients.
∎ Strong fluency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
∎ Organized, proactive, autonomous, rigorous, analytical, sense of human relations, communication skills, willingness, and motivation to work in an international and intercultural context.
∎ Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
