Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, BOQ, costing, estimating & bill checking, supervise & Monitoring the project for professional feedback.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ To follow the construction schedule & provide daily work progress report upon daily activities.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Must be Familiar with BNBC, FAR & other related rules & regulations of Rajuk or any other authorities.
∎ To oversee the construction work of his assigned projects in day to day basis.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between management and Site personnel.
∎ Providing measurement of item of works and maintain in the measurement book, Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by management.
∎ Handling Sub contractor. Supervise technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Arrange mobilization and site preparatory works.
∎ Collect all working drawings (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and plumbing) from Head office.
∎ Pre cast pile work experiences personnel will be preferable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.
∎ Strong fluency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Strong communication ability with International Engineering company
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ To monitor day to day of all construction & civil work
∎ Will be responsible for all building construction & project work of the organization.
∎ As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
