∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpret and execute civil working drawings (e.g., site preparation, ground leveling, formwork, concrete foundation, and structural work).
∎ Supervise day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring timely execution with quality control.
∎ Manage and monitor finishing works (plaster, tile, paint, fittings, etc.).
∎ Ensure proper curing processes are maintained.
∎ Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, laborers, and contractors.
∎ Communicate regularly with the head office and project coordinators regarding progress and challenges.
∎ Inspect received construction materials, ensure quality and proper storage.
∎ Prepare construction work schedules and ensure timely progress.
∎ Maintain detailed site logs, reports, and photo documentation.
∎ Follow safety and compliance standards on-site.
