∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed public/ Private institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department - Construction Division
∎ Job Location : Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project supervision according Architecture and Structural design.
∎ Sound Knowledge about DEA.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)
∎ Bill preparation , Measurement book writing
∎ Full time close construction work supervision of particular assigned project
∎ Checking and ensuring the quality materials before use & control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works
∎ To control construction labor in Site.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included Man, Machine, Materials, Method and Money.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ To attend during concreting & to ensure that the workmanship is satisfactory
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ Create, update and complete all assigned common area work orders.
∎ To control, check and ensure the curing of concrete, brick works, plaster surface, tiles etc.
∎ Make sure materials (sand, brick, stone chips etc. are cleaned and or wash properly before use
∎ Always keep the construction sites clean. Make sure that materials (bricks, wood, pieces of rod etc.) are not scattered to & fro
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-12 Years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the concerned industry
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, Estimating of civil works.
