Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, PEB

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
∎ Should have knowledge about Steel Structure & Civil works product.
∎ Should have a good knowledge on finishing products.
∎ Ensure quality of civil work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ability to understand any kind of civil drawing, estimating and costing, final billing, EGP Tender submitting etc.
∎ Should have experience in costing, preparing bill of quantity of materials of the project.
∎ Coordination for on time materials delivery
∎ Ensure the safety of the project.
∎ Should be able to prepare Construction relevant Document: periodical report, technical report, status report etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
