Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interpretation of Drawing (Auto CAD 2D)
∎ Preparing works schedule action plan & progress report of each work
∎ Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column Before Concreting
∎ Estimation of Civil Work & Site Supervision.
∎ Preparing Material requirements schedule and submission to management for timely procurement.
∎ Coordinate with Head office for smooth decision making.
∎ Check the subcontractor bills.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance and Audit department for smooth bill payment
∎ Assess the quality of input construction material and monitor proper use of those.
∎ Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, supplier and key team members of the project team.
∎ Maintain all type of site documents, reports, drawing and other papers in an organized way
∎ Other duties relating to Construction Management assigned by the Management time to time
