∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Drafting, Installation and Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of the construction site, including implementing, supervising and monitoring of the site works.
∎ To give RAW materials requisition and get it for approval for smooth operation of site.
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control
∎ Sufficient knowledge on construction site works and implementation procedure.
∎ Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ To ensure up to date documentation in organized way.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages as per project schedule.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
∎ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
∎ Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
∎ Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on building construction and finishing work is must for this position.
∎ Proven working experience as a site engineer.
∎ Excellent knowledge on understanding of design.
∎ Capability of using AutoCAD & MS Applications.
∎ Familiarity with codes, rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Trouble shooting skill on various problems of construction and project management.
∎ Ability of making own working schedule to monitor with approved project schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership and situation managing skill.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose
Salary: Negotiable
