Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with construction and project management team
∎ Coordination with Customer Support and Project Coordination team
∎ Coordination for strong contract management and authentication/certication of bills
∎ Coordination with supply chain department
∎ Coordination with design consultants of all trades.
∎ Budgeting and estimating, their proper application & control
∎ Preparation and implementation of Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule
∎ Overseeing structural design and revisions
∎ Supervision of construction work as per approved construction design and specication
∎ Monitoring and improving Material Requisition System
∎ Ensure operational health & safety
∎ Ensure overall quality assurance and control in the projects
∎ Report project status and progress in regular interval
∎ Prepare interim/revised project schedule
∎ Design and implementation of training programs for project stas
∎ Other projects and duties related to Construction Management from time to time
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05-10 years construction work experience at any reputed real estate organization or relevant field
∎ Should be able to manage construction work for premium quality residential/commercial buildings
∎ Should be experienced in handling large projects with 2 or more basements
∎ Skills:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD would be benecial
∎ Should be hardworking and self-motivated
∎ Should have excellent team building capabilities
∎ Should have experience of managing and motivating large teams
