Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To estimate the project perfectly & make BOQ.
∎ Ability to make load analyses for civil work.
∎ Making drawing as per requirements.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Planning, executing & evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines & budget
∎ Ensuring quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Keep updated knowledge on equipment and machineries used for construction including price etc.
∎ Keep updated knowledge on shuttering materials and techniques used for construction including price.
∎ Coordinating with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Supervising contract people works & responsibilities
∎ Reviewing the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Making report for project status.
∎ To ensure the timely preparation of contractors/suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge at MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup and STAAD PRO.
∎ Should have experience in construction project.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work for long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage site manpower and have Excellent problem solving, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
