Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read and understand any type of design of a project and ascertain the actual quantity of the assigned project.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Planning, executing & evaluating projects according to predetermined timeline & budget.
∎ Regular market survey to acquire knowledge about the latest price of all construction materials.
∎ Keep updated knowledge on equipment and machineries used for construction including price etc.
∎ Keep updated knowledge on shuttering materials and techniques used for construction including price.
∎ To ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/ standard procedures.
∎ Coordinating with direct construction workers and subcontractors and also supervising contract people's job responsibilities.
∎ To review the work progress on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and report to the concerned authority for project status on due time.
∎ Must be able to make construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
∎ Quarterly monitor and counter check estimated BOQ with actual expenditure and suggest necessary corrections.
∎ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority.
