∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, EPC projects, or store/supply chain roles.
∎ Prior experience in inventory and equipment handling is a strong plus.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams etc).
∎ Familiarity and working experience with ERP software systems.
∎ Ability to handle site logistics, and basic mechanical equipment monitoring.
∎ Willingness to work in multiple locations and travel regularly to various project sites.
∎ Should be physically fit, self-motivated, and capable of working independently at remote project locations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and organize shuttering and framework materials required for building construction.
∎ Ensure accurate inventory and stock management of all site-related materials and consumables.
∎ Oversee daily operation and routine maintenance of site equipment such as Jaypee Mixing Machines and Diesel Generators.
∎ Ensure timely data input and stock transfer updates in the company's ERP system.
∎ Coordinate with the central store, procurement team, and site engineers for material needs and transfers.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and organized Site Assistant for our ongoing Civil EPC Projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping records and managing construction accessories like Shutter, Framework, Plane Sheet, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate stock records through ERP software. This position requires frequent travel across multiple project sites.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
