Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities – Showroom Sales Executive
Greet customers and provide product information, guidance, and sales support
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management
Handle billing, POS operations, and payment coordination when required
Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, and visual merchandising
Ensure stock availability, report low stock, and assist in stock management
Handle customer complaints and after-sales service professionally
Maintain cleanliness and discipline of the showroom area
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and campaigns to customers
Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the supervisor
Follow company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practices
Support showroom opening and closing procedures
