Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service
Promote sales and showcase products
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target
Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and analyze showroom performance
Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory management & head office
Directly handling client when required
Implement/ Follow any other instructions from the Management
