• Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A keen eye for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the clothing showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellent customer service.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure customers receive personalized styling assistance and an exceptional shopping experience.
• Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost in-store sales and increase customer footfall.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain an attractive and organized showroom layout, ensuring all displays align with brand guidelines.
• Regularly update displays to showcase new arrivals and best-sellers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, footfall, and key metrics to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvements where needed.
