Job Description:

Shelai is a premium women's clothing showroom featuring elegant Pakistani fashion wear. We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Banani showroom and ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily showroom operations smoothly

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues professionally

• Oversee inventory, stock display, and POS system updates

• Monitor staff attendance and allocate duties effectively

• Maintain regular communication with the management and submit timely reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a retail showroom

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in using POS software and computer applications

• Smart, well-presented, and customer-oriented

• Good knowledge of women's fashion trends (preferably Pakistani styles) is a plus
