Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily outlet activities, ensuring the facility is maintained according to JAC Motors' global branding and safety standards.
Maintain a robust CRM database to track leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the outlet.
Analyze local market trends in the Bangladesh commercial vehicle sector to identify new business opportunities
Ensure that every customer receives professional guidance regarding JAC’s R&D, powertrain technology, and financial service options.
Handle and resolve complex customer complaints or service delays promptly to maintain Rancon’s reputation.
Manage and mentor outlet staff (Sales Executives, Technicians, and Support Staff) to improve productivity and morale.
Ensure all financial transactions, billing, and documentation comply with company policies and Bangladeshi local regulations.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on outlet performance, expenses, and market feedback to senior management.
