• Driving Sales: Implementing and driving sales strategies, setting individual and team goals, and motivating performance to achieve targets. 

• Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships with customers. 

• Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. 

• Staff Management: Team Leadership: Managing, training, and motivating showroom staff to ensure high performance. 

• Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing training programs. 

• Team Development: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members. 

• Operations and Maintenance: Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. 

• Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, coordinating with inventory teams, and managing product displays. 

• Operational Efficiency: Implementing and maintaining efficient internal systems and processes.
