Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage overall showroom operations
• Handle customers professionally and ensure high satisfaction
• Supervise and guide sales staff
• Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness
• Monitor stock and coordinate with store/warehouse
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Maintain discipline and service quality
