Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of direct distribution in order to make delivery in time and most cost effective way.
∎ Proper checking invoices before Planning.
∎ Planning Schedule of direct distribution as per route/vehicle wise
∎ Arrange delivery vehicle in order to make Schedule smoothly.
∎ Stay with delivery man during load vehicle.
∎ Supervise driver/logistics worker to get things done as per planned schedule.
∎ Proper communicate with delivery man to ensure smooth distribution.
∎ Always communicate with sales team to smooth distribution.
∎ Co-ordinate logistics & VAT Dept to Support internal documentation and compliance procedure.
∎ Prepare and maintain proper record of transportation cost of different vehicle to support cost & budget department.
∎ Arrange transport to collect damage product and proper record keeping
∎ Report provide to management on a daily, Monthly & Yearly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The job holder will be agreed with his /her supervisor to execute any additional responsibility relevant to the job for the interest of the organization as and when necessary.
Salary: Negotiable
