Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Adherence to Plant Maintenance Activity and checklist for mechanical equipment.
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of Mechanical Equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
∎ Monitor Performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance matrix.
∎ Ensure timely breakdown maintenance as required.
∎ Coordinate with production team for any breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment that may required.
∎ Manage attendance & leave of reportees.
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees.
