Industrial Engineering, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, co-ordinate & monitor production on daily basis.
∎ Process to improve efficiency & reduce cost per kg.
∎ Lead production people working in production line.
∎ Minimize production loss as much as possible through planning, motivation and proper communication with all other related departments.
∎ Ensure proper safety precautions for all people working under the supervision of shift in charge and will not allow any person in production floor without safety equipment.
∎ Train all the people with best knowledge of production working under supervision
∎ Planning how to achieve production increases at all stage along with control the wastages.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ GI fitting & break drum items wise production planning monitoring as per production target.
∎ Performing as good organizer for department job with shift schedule.
∎ Any others job assigned by the top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
