Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the process parameters in a modern PLC system according to Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ To make sure the proper usage of raw materials (such as crude oil, chemicals etc) and also keep data of consumption.
∎ To supervise the sub-ordinates who are involved in the production system to meet the production demand.
∎ To create awareness on chemical related issues among the personnel involved in chemical handling.
∎ To perform preventive & corrective maintenance in plant equipment for achieving the monthly target.
∎ To assist in the engineering, design, and implementation of process modification(s) to ensure smooth operation.
∎ To monitor all kind of equipment's and machinery's to fulfill the production target.
∎ To make sure uninterrupted production with the help of maintenance team.
∎ To ensure maximum production with best quality.
∎ Supervise the process operation to meet the production demand.
∎ To ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Plant start-up and shutdown, when necessary.
∎ Generate plant progress report for management to make production & development plans.
∎ To prepare daily production and chemical consumption report of the plant & maintain log books.
∎ Supervise the worker in order to ensure a clean working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 02 years experience for B.Sc Engineer & 04 years for Diploma Engineer.
