Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and monitoring of breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance of machines foundry equipment's.
∎ Scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of Induction Furnace, Hydraulic systems, Lubrication systems, Pneumatic systems etc.
∎ Adjust equipment & repair or replace defective parts, components or system, using proper hand & power tools.
∎ To find out instant solution of any technical & inter-personal relationship problem arises within subordinates
∎ Preparing major breakdown job report, shutdown & size change job list and submit to department head
∎ To maintain all documents of the shift and log book of machineries
∎ Prepare spare parts list and made arrangement in advance for smooth operation of the machinery.
∎ Checking of technical specifications data, test reports etc. provided by manufactures
∎ Ensure the workplace personal protective equipment (PPE) & other safety equipment proper use during working time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
