Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of RAC/HVAC and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
∎ Monitor and maintain the resort’s cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to meet safety and efficiency standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all HVAC/RAC systems.
∎ Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts and a quick response to any system issues.
∎ Keep accurate logs, reports, and records of repairs, inspections, and system performance.
∎ Assist in implementing energy-saving measures and sustainable solutions
∎ Proficiency in maintenance, installation, and repair of RAC/HVAC systems.
∎ Ability to work rotating shifts and quickly respond to emergencies.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
