Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee & manage the operations of a specific shift or production line.
∎ Coordinate & allocate tasks to shift personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Monitor production process, quality control, & productivity levels.
∎ Troubleshoot issues or problems that arise during the shift & take appropriate actions to resolve them.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations & company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate shift records, including production reports, maintenance logs, & shift handover notes.
