Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the distribution is happening properly though out the project period.
∎ Committed to achieve the indicators mentioned in Project Proposal Approval.
∎ Work in collaboration with Supply Chain (Procurement, Purchase Order, Good Receive Note, BIN Card etc.)
∎ Work in collaboration with MEAL (IPTT, Log Frame, CFRM, Satisfaction survey etc.)
∎ Work in collaboration with IM (CFW request, Attendance, Sex Age Disaggregated Data)
∎ Work in collaboration with Finance (CFW, Budget spending Plan)
∎ Need to work closely with staff and beneficiary for Capacity Building purpose (On the Job, Formal, Nonformal, Coaching etc.)
∎ Data Management and Data Analysis (Work Progress, Stock Tracker, Beneficiary Tracker, Staff Tracker.)
∎ Reporting and Information Management to stakeholders ( 19 points report, 4W report, Weekly SMS report, Sitrep Report, Quarterly Report)
∎ Assist, and where necessary lead, community focus group discussions pertaining to the project in partnership and/or consultation with the Community Engagement team.
∎ Daily supervision and management of the project assistants and distribution kiosk locations.
∎ Lead the distribution of vouchers to the beneficiaries, and with the Project Manager design and administer the monitoring of voucher distribution.
∎ Oversee the registration of project participants.
∎ Supervise, monitor and capacity building of the Distribution team in guidance from the project manager.
∎ Maintain Cross cutting issues in all stages of the activity. (Protection, Environment & Gender)
∎ Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper implementation with satisfaction.
∎ Day to day field visit to ensure flow of activities.
∎ Ensure DRC Code of Conduct is understood, acknowledged in writing, and followed by the project staff and all volunteer labor, and infractions are reported in an appropriate and timely manner;
∎ Any other duties as assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years-experience working with an NGO in an emergency response setting.
∎ 3 years-experience conducting monitoring, evaluation and reporting of distribution and/or NFI and/or shelter and/or WASH programming.
∎ Strong experience in community engagement including facilitating focus group discussions and semi-structured interviewing is an advantage.
∎ Need to have a strong knowledge on Supply Chain (Procurement, Purchase Order, Good Receive Note, BIN Card etc.)
∎ Need to have strong knowledge on MEAL (IPTT, Log Frame, CFRM, Satisfaction survey etc)
∎ Need to have moderate knowledge on Finance (CFW, Budget spending Plan)
∎ Need to Have sound knowledge with staff and beneficiary for Capacity Building purpose (On the Job, Formal, Nonformal, Coaching etc.)
∎ Experience working on projects funded UNHCR, IOM, UNICEF, ECHO an advantage.
∎ Problem-solver and results-oriented; (Leadership, Conflict Management and resolution, Emotional Intelligence.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, ERP.
∎ Experience with digital data gathering platforms and tools (such as Kobo), including design of formats and evaluation of data;
∎ Experience in cash-voucher programming an advantage.
∎ Experience in administration and logistics an advantage;
∎ Commitment to DRC's overall aims and policies and experience of promoting gender equity and ensuring vulnerable people's needs are met.
∎ Time management with maintaining quality and scope is an excellent addon.
