Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outbound Calls
∎ Inbound Calls
∎ Receiving & Forwarding Calls through IP PBX
∎ Reception Duties
∎ Policy Information at CS Booths
∎ Receiving Customer Service Requests along with Documents
∎ Capture & Enter Personal Information of Policy Owners & Other Customer Data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to Computer literacy
∎ Proficiency in Spoken English & Bangla.
∎ Pronunciation must be clear, fluent & without any native accent.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Base HR Cost at the time of engagement would be BDT 9,000 / Month and upon successful completion of three (03) months of engagement, it would be made BDT 10,000 / Month. Upon completion of 06 months of engagement, Base HR Cost would be increased by BDT 500 every 06 Months thereafter.An additional amount of BDT1000/Month will be paid to a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader engaged by Call Center.
