∎ Familiarity with ICE/EV diagnostic tools, software, and charging systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of EV service centers to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
∎ Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
∎ Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
∎ Provide regular coaching and technical training to ensure the team stays updated on EV technologies.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
∎ Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
∎ Maintain clear communication with customers about repair timelines, costs, and processes.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
∎ Serve as a subject matter expert on EV systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
∎ Support technicians in resolving complex repair issues and troubleshooting advanced systems.
∎ Stay updated on emerging EV technologies, trends, and best practices.
∎ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.
∎ Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on service center performance.
∎ Manage parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components while controlling costs.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source genuine EV parts and updates.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular safety training and audits to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
∎ Implement procedures for handling and recycling EV batteries and other components responsibly.
