Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. *Technical Support and Aftersales Services*
∎ - Provide comprehensive aftersales support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of port machinery.
∎ - Ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
∎ - Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
∎ 2. *Parts and Training Management*
∎ - Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
∎ - Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, enhancing their operational and maintenance capabilities.
∎ - Develop training materials and conduct hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.
∎ 3. *Customer Engagement*
∎ - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings and updates.
∎ - Gather feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns effectively.
∎ - Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to support sales and service campaigns.
∎ 4. *Campaigns and Promotions*
∎ - Plan and execute service campaigns, including preventive maintenance drives and promotional activities.
∎ - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new service offerings and parts packages.
∎ - Identify opportunities to upsell service solutions and enhance customer value.
∎ 5. *Documentation, Reporting, and Analysis*
∎ - Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports for internal and customer review.
∎ - Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
∎ - Analyze service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations.
∎ 6. *Compliance and Continuous Improvement*
∎ - Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
∎ - Participate in the development and implementation of best practices to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ *Qualifications and Skills:*
∎ - Strong technical knowledge of port machinery and related systems.
∎ - Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
∎ - Experience in customer service, technical training, and data analysis is a plus.
∎ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
