Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining professional relationships with key client stakeholders
∎ Successful service delivery by ensuring SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
∎ Supporting senior management on client account management and business development
∎ Monitoring the overall performance of services delivered
∎ Acting as a point of focus for the delivery of the service and a point of escalation for operational issues and service-related enquiries
∎ Engaging with Clients to understand current and future business requirements
∎ Preparing and presenting service reports to the Senior Management and Clients
∎ Working with the client and internal teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
∎ Along with operational managers and technical leads, accountable for and contributing to the overall performance of the managed services organization
∎ People management
∎ Your Profile:
∎ Work experience: At least 5 years of Service Delivery Management, Key Account Management experience, or as a Manager in fields of Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, IT
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Good understanding of Managed Services Service Levels and contracts
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across various levels with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Experience with resource planning and ability to deal with customer escalations at highly demanding timescale
∎ People Management experience
∎ Problem solving skills and “can do” attitude
