Your Profile:

Work experience: At least 5 years of Service Delivery Management, Key Account Management experience, or as a Manager in fields of Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, IT

Fluency in English

Good understanding of Managed Services Service Levels and contracts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across various levels with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with resource planning and ability to deal with customer escalations at highly demanding timescale

People Management experience

Problem solving skills and “can do” attitude



Responsibilities & Context:

Your Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining professional relationships with key client stakeholders

Successful service delivery by ensuring SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction

Supporting senior management on client account management and business development

Monitoring the overall performance of services delivered

Acting as a point of focus for the delivery of the service and a point of escalation for operational issues and service-related enquiries

Engaging with Clients to understand current and future business requirements

Preparing and presenting service reports to the Senior Management and Clients

Working with the client and internal teams to identify and manage service improvement activities

Along with operational managers and technical leads, accountable for and contributing to the overall performance of the managed services organization
