Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with Engineering Team.
∎ Prepare service schedule & communicate with customer over email & phone.
∎ Maintain customer information data base.
∎ Maintain inventory list
∎ Maintain machinery installation information database
∎ Should have strong personality to handle customer queries and objections.
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Should have strong English Speaking & Listening ability.
∎ Strong mental and physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management/Department Head.
∎ Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions over phone as immediate support
∎ Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports
∎ To ensure tools and technical equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.

∎ Age at most 30 years
