• Masters

• Graduate in IT or Master’s in any subject.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2 to 4 years of professional SEO experience, with proven experience in both local and international SEO.
• Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience in optimizing custom-coded websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; backend knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO aspects, including website speed, site architecture, and structured data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with content, development, and design teams.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and performance measurement.
• Experience with hreflang implementation and multilingual SEO is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experiences to work with any foreign educational consultancy company

Key Responsibilities:

Local SEO Management

• Develop and implement local SEO strategies to target specific regions.
• Optimize Google Business Profile and local listings for improved local search visibility.
• Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across local directories and citations.
• Build high-quality local backlinks and engage in local content strategies.

International SEO Management

• Create and execute international SEO strategies covering multiple countries and languages.
• Implement hreflang tags for language targeting and optimize for global search engines.
• Conduct international keyword research and competitor analysis.

Technical SEO

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits on custom-coded websites, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO fixes and enhancements.
• Resolve crawling, indexing, and rendering issues on custom-built platforms.
• Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.

Analytics & Data Management

• Set up, manage, and analyze data through Google Tag Manager for event tracking and performance monitoring.
• Use Google Analytics 4 to track and interpret website performance, user behavior, and ROI metrics.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly SEO reports with actionable insights for optimization.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO

• Optimize website structure, internal linking, meta tags, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies for improved search rankings and traffic.

Stay Current with SEO Trends

• Keep up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices to ensure Shakil Education Group remains ahead of the competition.
