Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire an SEO Expert to join our dynamic Team and have experience in Technical Digital Marketing,Web Analysis, Social media marketing Strategy and in SEO.
∎ Candidate must have to have good knowledge about creative content writing.
∎ Good knowledge about Affiliate or CPA marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SEO strategies, evangelize the importance of SEO and adhering to SEO best practices within the organization, provide recommendations for improvement of the site ranking & sales (including site architecture, URL structures, on-page ranking factors, image, video and news optimization etc.) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
∎ The applicant must have Quick problem solving and handling multiple project skills.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ To apply for this job you must have experience working with SEO. If you have experience with CMS and E-commerce solutions, that would be a huge plus.
∎ Experience with Google services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
∎ Experience with SEO tools.
∎ The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
∎ The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
∎ Proven success in link building and viral strategies.
∎ Deep knowledge about ON Page SEO and OFF Page SEO.
∎ Manage SEO performance tracking and analytics.
∎ Track and report against a variety of key performance indicators that demonstrate the effectiveness of the organization's SEO efforts.
∎ Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities.
∎ Work closely with various departments on all major website changes impacting SEO.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience to write content for the clients' satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

∎ Experience working with popular keyword, audit & analysis tools.
∎ Implementation and management of tracking Tags
∎ XML Sitemap creation and page indexing management
∎ Guide developers on keeping CSS compatible with SEO
∎ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
∎ In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical and non-technical opportunities that exponentially grow our search visibility.
∎ Provide regular reporting and insights to cross-functional partners and the leadership team around core SEO metrics, including ranking, traffic, CTR, conversion and other key business metrics.
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
∎ Strong command of tools commonly used to track and analyze SEO performance-
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situation.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
