∎ B.Sc or Diploma Major in Civil Engineering
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Bay Corporate Office, Gulshan 2, Dhaka
∎ Engineering Short Description: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team and project management team
∎ Coordination with design consultants (Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) for effective implementation
∎ Coordinating with Customer Care and Project Coordination team for smooth implementation for projects
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Coordination for strong contract management and authentication/certification of bills
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials Preparation
∎ and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management Overseeing
∎ structural design and revisions in structural design
∎ Monitoring and improving MRS (Material Requisition System) Ensure
∎ quality work, product and operational health & safety
∎ Ensure overall quality assurance and control in the projects as per the standards set by Management Report
∎ project status, progress report and prepare interim/revised project schedule
∎ Design and implementation of training programs for technical and non-technical staff
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ Junior Engineer, 5-10 years construction work experience at any reputed real estate organization
∎ Senior Engineer, 10-15 years construction work experience (with 4-8 years in managerial position) at any reputed real estate organization
∎ Should be able to manage construction work for premium quality residential/commercial buildings
∎ Should be experienced in handling large projects with 2 or more basements
∎ Skills:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD would be beneficial
∎ Should be hardworking and self-motivated
∎ Should have excellent team building capabilities
∎ Should have experience of managing and motivating large teams
